It's called Forgotten Cookies. Put in a preheated 350 oven, turn oven off, and take them out the next morning. I usually make them at Christmas.

JanAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-1149634153008561512006-06-06T18:49:00.000-04:002006-06-06T18:49:00.000-04:00cookiemadness made one yesterday, it has only 1/2 ...cookiemadness made one yesterday, it has only 1/2 cup nuts that you could leave out.Randihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06706134539834283798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-1149608255982207702006-06-06T11:37:00.000-04:002006-06-06T11:37:00.000-04:00The only no-bake cookies I can think of off the to...The only no-bake cookies I can think of off the top of my head are the Chocolate Hay Stacks with Chinese noodles and chocolate chips. Unfortunately they have both peanut butter and nuts in them, so that won't work for you! But your Unbaked Caramel Cookies look great!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-1149606716950137602006-06-06T11:11:00.000-04:002006-06-06T11:11:00.000-04:00Not without nuts, unfortunately. They are more like candy than cookies.

At Christmas time I make the ones that my grandmother used to make. They are called Angel Cookies, I think. Dates, rice crispies, pecans, etc. boiled and rolled in coconut. They are all supposed to be low-fat too, but I found them quite sweet.Randihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06706134539834283798noreply@blogger.com
