My youngest grandson and I mixed a meatloaf today. It's in the oven now....just a regular 'make-it-up-as-you-go-along' hamburger meat one. Lean ground beef, left over half can of tomato soup, 3 fresh eggs, a few catsup pkgs. and taco sauce pkgs. from fast food places, two crushed garlic cloves, some chopped onion, leftover green beans, cut-up, crushed herb flavored crackers, two Hungarian wax peppers from the garden, some bread (white and whole wheat), crumbed, and I think that's it. If I feel like it, I may put mashed potatoes over the top and brown slightly before serving it. I love meatloaf...even more so the next day in sandwiches!Wandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05762254137339310890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-38912751434127015262011-06-09T07:35:09.648-04:002011-06-09T07:35:09.648-04:00I have that cookbook, but I can't remember if ...I have that cookbook, but I can't remember if I made that recipe or not.
