I've never seen it. I always grind the ham myself. I have an old-fashioned grinder like my grandmothers used. The one that clamps onto the edge of a table. I also grind the onions and pickles. It's the same when I make chicken salad, using celery and onion and again, lots of black pepper. I used the food processor to grind it. I imagine it might still be sold in some areas.
