Basically the dry ingredients are nearly the same as the ones I use for my normal dry rub on ribs and pulled pork. I followed the recipe pretty closely - only cutting down the salt a bit and using fresh minced garlic versus powdered - and made 6 boneless skinless thighs for 4 of us, the only complaint was that I didn't make enough! I am a big fan of broiling, and love the way a good broiled piece of chicken can come out, but this recipe is the absolute best I have come across. I served it with herbed brown rice and ginger-honey steamed carrots - it was divine!
