I do have two recipes which have you grind chicken yourself, one for Chicken and Apple Sausage (delicious!!!) and one I haven't tried yet for Chicken Bratwurst. The original recipe called for ground beef, but I subbed out the chicken cause I got it for .99lb. I also made wolfgang pucks chicken bolognese sauce. That was very good and it specifically calls for ground chicken.Randihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06706134539834283798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-36877295792112834432008-01-08T23:41:00.000-05:002008-01-08T23:41:00.000-05:00I've only used ground turkey. I wonder if they would mind ground chicken. Does it taste the same?

JanAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-83584342558611033592008-01-08T18:23:00.000-05:002008-01-08T18:23:00.000-05:00I have seen quite a number of Rachael Ray's recipe...I have seen quite a number of Rachael Ray's recipes using ground chicken. The one I have made that sticks out to me at the moment is the chicken parmigano subs(I think I may have blogged it in the past, so recipe is on my blog). Other than that I know she has a number of recipes, can't call them to mind. Good stuff though, isn't it?Carlahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11411945223207342231noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-80112824283711014042008-01-08T18:19:00.000-05:002008-01-08T18:19:00.000-05:00I bought two pounds of ground chicken breast just ...I bought two pounds of ground chicken breast just the other day on sale. I used 1 lb. of it this weekend to make chili. I usually use ground turkey breast, but the ground chicken worked just fine. I ended up adding just a touch more cumin and chili powder and an extra diced onion, but other than that, no changes to the recipe.

I think that any recipe calling for ground turkey would be fine made with ground chicken.Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13456394181601374129noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-78439056842655100192008-01-08T18:03:00.000-05:002008-01-08T18:03:00.000-05:00I have used it to make sloppy joes & tacos.
