The variations with cornmeal, blueberries, or graham crackers in this book are also yummy. I think I slightly prefer pancakes, but like them both. I like lots of the waffle and pancake recipes from King Arthur Flour Whole Grain Baking, too!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-9681130914812207442007-12-05T15:32:00.000-05:002007-12-05T15:32:00.000-05:00Pancakes!Pancakes!Arties32https://www.blogger.com/profile/05118161374793973078noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-57348462422891136882007-12-05T15:02:00.000-05:002007-12-05T15:02:00.000-05:00Hi Paula,My name is Shannon and I'm the editorial ...Hi Paula,

My name is Shannon and I'm the editorial assistant at Foodbuzz.com. And for pancakes vs. waffles? It would have to depend what was in them, but I would say pancakes, provided they don't sit too long and get soggy. It's all about timing!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-19281567314229437582007-12-05T14:05:00.000-05:002007-12-05T14:05:00.000-05:00I'm not really a big fan of either one. If I were to choose one now, it would be a waffle because I never make them and the crispness would be good.

JanAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-45374455391100160622007-12-05T12:10:00.000-05:002007-12-05T12:10:00.000-05:00I prefer waffles because the syrup stays in the "d...I prefer waffles because the syrup stays in the "dimples" and soaks in... :) And it also happens that I have a track record of making hockey-puck pancakes... but your recipe looks so delish - maybe it'll help change my reputation! ;)Astrid Keelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14362604916068297657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-61124256703807119682007-12-04T23:01:00.000-05:002007-12-04T23:01:00.000-05:00I love breakfast for dinner. :) I prefer waffles....I love breakfast for dinner. :) I prefer waffles...I like the crunchy outside and soft inside.ThursdayNexthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07838415125991375824noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16517408.post-87485599073303350902007-12-04T21:14:00.000-05:002007-12-04T21:14:00.000-05:00pancakes, but mostly because I hate cleaning the w...pancakes, but mostly because I hate cleaning the waffle maker.Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15700720020186831174noreply@blogger.com
