OK - so I got TWO cookbooks for Christmas. I got the new Barefoot Contessa "Back to Basics" and the PBS series of Cook's Illustrated "Cooks Country" (it came with season one of the DVD since the Prince ordered it right from PBS). I will let you know how they are!
