It might be a slow week



I have a lot of material lined up but I lack the time and energy to create the posts. The baby is getting more teeth which has been a real treat of course. He's also moving around like the Energizer Bunny and he hates to stop to take a nap. Oh, what a fun weekend!

I made the Stuffing Topped Chicken Bake a few nights ago. It was very good, but the leftovers were even better the next night. I made some more of the sauce and served it on the side, so there would be plenty for it and the mashed potatoes...oh, yeah....mashed potatoes! Thanks for the recipe.
